EXIT SYSTEMS, INC.

Exit Systems, Inc. focuses on photoluminescent egress path markings, which aid in the evacuation of buildings in case of an emergency. Since the terrorist attacks in New York in 2001, photoluminescent signage is required in commercial buildings which are 75 feet or taller. The company has completed portfolio projects such as The Brookfield Properties, SL Green, Walters & Samuels, Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Rockrose and a portion of the Rudin Management portfolio among others.
