Our NAME-BARS are custom designed for each of our clients. Our art and design department transforms your name into a CAD computer file to be cut on our waterjet. Our waterjet then is programmed to cut your name out of solid 3/4" thick brass plate. The waterjet cuts by using ultra high-pressure beam of water .020” in diameter and abrasive. The machine operates at 60,000 PSI.
This unique process is does not distort or damage the material by producing heat. The NAME-BAR is then brought through to or finishing department where polishers hand-polish the front side of each piece to a mirror polish.
Then to protect the brass against oxidization, it is clear coated with an automotive acrylic-polyurethane and is baked to make the finish hard.
The NAME-BAR is then hand packed in a beautiful box and shipped out directly from our New Jersey factory. The NAME-BAR is 1¾"H and ¾" THK.
